Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free from signs of wear or damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our armory team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
